Juno Search Group is a search firm focused on recruiting for the financial services industry. We are most active in, but not limited to, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Investment Banking. We also recruit on C-Level and finance/strategy/operations related opportunities for start-up companies. Most of our recruiting and placement activity is focused across the United States, with some international activity.

We strive to understand the nature and sensitivity of each candidate’s search efforts, to protect his / her current employment situation, and to provide comfort that each candidate has full control over his /her search process with us. We spend significant time talking to our candidates, to truly understand their professional goals, and to clearly define how we can assist them in reaching those goals. We work closely with candidates to refine their resumes, to coordinate and prepare for interviews, to understand compensation / market data, to understand and evaluate job offers, and to assist with the logistics of relocation.
